L.C.G.A 2006 Schedule (pdf)

Lakeway Churches Golf Association (L.C.G.A.). Adding the low score and the high score together and dividing it in half will determine the flight winner. All scorecards must be turned in by a team member, and please don’t hold out any cards. A church cannot win their division and flight so the low score for that church will count for the division score.

Team Information

Teams must consist of:
A, B, C, or D level players or as close as you can get.

A = Average score over 18 between 70-80.
B = Average score over 18 between 80-90.
C = Average score over 18 between 90-100.
D = Average score over 18 between 100+.

Prizes

Trophies will be awarded for:

• 2 Division winners
• 1 Flight winner
• 2 Closest To The Pin

• If a church enters more than one team the lowest score counts.
• If there is a tie in either division a scorecard playoff based on the course’s handicap will be used.
• Play should be from the middle tee.
• Ladies and players under 15 should play from the forward tee. Players 60 and older play from senior’s tee.
• No hole can score more than a double bogey.
• Use of alcohol or drugs is NOT PERMITTED. Any team found using them would be DISQUALIFIED.
• Obscene language is NOT ACCEPTED.
• Any team who defeats the rest of the field by 4 or more will be DISQUALIFIED.
• A team may play with 3 players and may rotate shots, except in the finals.
• You may improve your lie by one club length anywhere on the course except on the greens and no closer to the hole.
• In a trap, the original ball must be played first from the trap the other 3 may rake the trap and place their ball in the trap then play.
• All putts must be holed out. The first putt made completes play for that hole.
• No walk by putts at the hole. You must decide which ball to putt and then begin putting.
