e grow spiritually by applying Biblical principles that free us from our habits, hurts, and hang-ups. This freedom brings peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others.

As we progress, we discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power...Jesus Christ.

The "Cans" & "Will Nots" of Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery Group CAN:

  • Provide you with a time of worshiping Jesus Christ and to hear inspirational testimony of God's healing grace.
  • Provide you with a small, safe, confidential group to share your experiences, strengths, and hopes with others. Also, you will have a chance to learn from the experiences of others in the group.
  • Provide you with the opportunity to find an accountability partner or sponsor.
  • Provide you with a leader who has gone through a similar hurt, hang-up, or habit, who will facilitate the group.

    Celebrate Recovery Group Will NOT:
  • Allow group members to attempt to fix one another.
  • Offer any professional clinical advice. Our leaders are not counselors. We can provide you with a list of Christian counseling referrals.

    Small group guidelines:
  • Keep your sharing focused on your own thoughts and feelings. Limit your sharing to 3-5 minutes.
  • There is no "cross talk". Cross talk is when two individuals engage in conversation excluding all others. Each person is free to express their feelings without interruptions.
  • We are here to support one another, not "fix" another.
  • Anonymity and confidentiality are basic requirements. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
  • Offensive language has no place in a Christ-centered recovery group.
