Mission and Purpose
Preschool
Ministry
The
purpose of the Preschool Ministry is to develop Christian
foundations for all preschoolers and their families. We recognize
that each child is different and has a variety of needs. To
help meet the changing needs of the preschoolers, emphasis
is placed on the physical, social, mental, emotional, and
spiritual needs of preschoolers lives.
We
strive to offer the best Christian education to all our preschoolers
and their families. Throughout the year, special parenting
classes are offered. These classes are designed to focus on
issues parents encounter in raising their children.
Throughout
the year, special events are planned and held for preschoolers
and their families. Our purpose is to strengthen and unite
the family as we work together to "train up a child."
Children's
Ministry
Emphasis
of the Children's Ministry is placed on forming foundations
for Christian development through Bible knowledge, Bible skills
and truths. We strive to provide an atmosphere that creates
learning in a fun and positive manner.
Because
we believe children are each uniquely designed and yet
still
have many similarities, we strive to provide a plan of age
graded and intergraded classes and activities. Here at
Manley,
children in grade school are challenged to wrestle with God
so that they may know Him and His love.
