Complete (Eph. 3:16-19), Manley’s Single Adult Ministry:

Mission Statement: To help Single Adults become fully developing followers of Jesus Christ.

Core Values:

Evangelize – lead singles to a saving faith in Christ Jesus.

Equip- train singles for and involve them in ministry.

Edify- build singles up in faith toward Christian Maturity

Encourage- helps singles develop a sense of belonging through small groups and healthy personal relation ships

Leadership: The leadership of the single’s ministry will be divided up into three areas.

1. The Associate Pastor of Singles: He is responsible for overseeing and giving leadership to all aspects of the Single Adult Ministry. He is their Shepard.

2. The Single’s Leadership Team: this group consists of the Single’s small group leaders. Their job is to provide spiritual leadership and discipleship to singles small groups on a weekly basis, and to fulfill the “Seven Essentials of a Small group.”

3. The Single Adult Council: is to provide large group mission projects, ministry opportunities, mission opportunities, conferences, and fellowships for all singles. Their small groups will appoint these people.
