The Crossing
5th & 6th Grade Ministry
The Crossing provides a high energy, transition ministry specifically designed to challenge preteens, encourage interaction with their peers and prepare them to be teenagers.
On Wednesday evenings, at 6:00pm, we gather in the Crossing for excitement and learning with games and lessons that challenge students to live Godly lives.
Our Sunday morning grow groups start at 9:15am and dig a little deeper into Bible study and discipleship.
Throughout this two-year ministry, students go into the community performing service projects and participate in special events, including a Spring retreat, Motown Madness, and Summer Camp. The activities are intentionally designed to progressively introduce students to the Manley Students Youth Ministry so their transition from childhood to youth is positive.

Upcoming Events
The Crossing will have some water fun of their own on Wednesday, May 15 starting at 3:30. Then at 5:30 they will dry off and spend the rest of the evening inside for food, fun, and worship.
On May 22 from 6 to 7:15, The Crossing will gather for an Octoball Tournament!
Crossing Students, bring a towel on Wednesday May 29 and get ready for some Slip-n-Slide kickball!
